  From the MOMENT you make the first call, Whitney is there to reassure you that the office will do everything possible to make the experience a pleasant one. The office was very clean and organized. Dr. Barrows was simply divine. He took the time to let me know what was going on and what the priority appointments were and how long it would take to get my teeth back to being healthy. His assistants are caring and knowledgable and I look forward to all the work I need to have done and thats says a lot as I have always been terrified. ** The fresh cookies are soooo delicious**

  The office is very nice and staff is friendly. I have had issues over the years and have decided to stop coming to this dentist. First, I usually get a bill after a cleaning visit for my son. My co-workers never receive a bill for cleanings there even though they have the same insurance as me. When I call about it they the insurance will not cover it. The quotes I get for work are usually off by hundreds after the work is done. I ask to see the quote and they say they are not kept on file. Last month I tried scheduling an appt for cleaning and was told they had nothing for three months. When I went in for my son I asked to cancel my appt and when I told the receptionist why she said oh sorry I don't see you on the VIP list and I can get you in two weeks.
