- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I recently visited Desert Spine Institute with severe lower back and leg pain. I had previously tried Chiropractic and physical therapy with no relief. Dr Hermenau determined that I was suffering from a herniated disc. He offered a couple of options to me, one of which was surgery to relieve to back and sciatic pain. Since my insurance would cover the surgery I opted to go that route even though recovery would be longer. Since the surgery, my life has changed. All of my pain is gone now and my sciatic symptoms too. The Dr and his staff are very caring and kept me informed along the way. I highly recommend Desert Spine.October 18, 2017by Tony Gunsch
