  Mr. Kern is extremely professional and knowledgeable in every aspect of his job. He is ALWAYS willing to help but certainly not overwhelming and obnoxious, as most salesmen are. Mr. Kern returned all of my inquiries (phone calls, emails, office visits, ect) WITH answers (not excuses of why he doesn't know) to all of my questions in a timeframe far superior to any other insurance company/agent. He is a "straight shooter" so I never had to worry about any "strings attached" or fine print. His work ethic displays nothing shy of perfection as he works day-in and out to get the premium you're looking for. Mr. Kern saved me almost $400.00/yr due to his devotion to his work and loyalty to his customers. It's near impossible to find quality Customer Service in small/big businesses today, but it's undoubtedly a huge part of Mr. Kern's daily Standard Operating Procedures. I would go as far as saying this: Even if the premiums were higher with David Kern and Farmers Insurance Group (which they are NOT higher –they much lower than other companies), I would unquestionably sustain my business with him for the exceptional customer service he provides. I will and already have recommended Farmers Insurance and more importantly Mr. David Kern to all of my friends and family that reside in the Yuma, AZ. area. If Farmers Insurance can insure it (life, vehicle, home, ect.), then I do business with David. Thank you for your professionalism and steadfast dedication to your duties and customers!
